PTSA is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit association that prides itself on being a powerful voice for all children, a relevant resource for families and communities, and a strong advocate for public education. The PTSA is created by Parents, Teachers, and Students just like you! Membership in PTSA is open to anyone who supports the PTSA mission and wants to be involved and make a difference for the education, health, and welfare of children and youth. As part of the PTSA, you add your voice to that of other concerned community members to effect change in the educational system.
Our mission is . . .
- to support and speak on behalf of students and parents in schools, in the community, and before governmental bodies and other organizations that make decisions affecting them;
- to provide students with opportunities to reach their full potential
- to encourage parental involvement in the public schools; and
- to encourage contributions of members, volunteers and partners to attain our goals To encourage a diversified membership
